Maybe reparations could also take the form of excusing ethnicity X from paying state & federal income tax.

I assume that reparations will be a yearly occurrence, not just a one-time payment.

I hope that the (Biden)-Harris administration will avoid giving reparations to ladies & gentlemen who have a criminal record.

Gee! If someone who had been robbed or sucker punched or looted or raped had to give his/her tax money to his/her attacker, that would be very cruel to the victim. And we all know that liberals are very nice people who hate cruelty.

reparations isn't necessarily just legal mugging. I can see their argument. A policy that would undo the legacy of slavery, that would put American blacks at parity with Ivory Coast blacks and Senegal blacks and Mauritania blacks and so on--make it so it would be like their ancestors had never been captured and sold into slavery--just seems like the right thing to do.

Giving black people money they didnt earn is not the solution
