Every single federal judge nominee fits the same pattern. Advocacy over the law. Refusal to prosecute because of Social-Justice. Something Obama spoke of at length when he was president.
Today....the White House is making sure that this happens thru the Democrat controlled Senate Judiciary process.

Here is several examples of judicial nominees that practice advocacy from the bench rather than law enforcement thru strict adherence to the laws on the books. Every single one of them believes in making laws from the bench and every single one of them can't answer a valid question about it.
