Bezos is attacking Biden because he wants to raise taxes. They should be raised. Income inequality is a growing menace to this country. Worth noting that Joe Manchin is also calling for raising taxes.

It is oil companies that are cutting oil production. They have over 9,000 leases for federal land so they have plenty of land to explore. In addition, oil executives are admitting that shareholders rather than politicians are responsible for oil companies cutting exploration. I suppose they are lying.
