He was there during the first stop BEFORE the beatings took place.

The family came out whining about him not being identified earlier on in the case!!! Of course that may be the only thing that kept Memphis from being burnt to the ground.

Cooler heads prevailed when it was a bunch of black cops kicking and beating a black person. I wonder why that is?
