Not as bad as I thought it'd be. Not original though, kinda a prequel of every 80s mutant/research movie like "Firestarter" and the numerous psychic research ones. Great visual effects though. Second episode's "lion making" guy had me thinking the agents are probably wondering if they shouldn't just shoot him. 
The repetetive 'doing good deeds' angle is nice but also not original bringing to mind the old Lottery series and Stingray. (what can I say, I watch a lot of tv.)
"Crisis" debuted afterwords. Not as gripping, also very predictable and unoriginal.
"Ressurection" is progressing slowly, hard to know what to think but definitely a knock-off of the 4400.
