Do you idiots ever get tired of this "eminent domain" bullshit? The US owns a 30' wide strip along all our borders which bordering land owners have been using for years....but they don't own it and can't build on it. Chertoff built 620 miles of fencing in 2008 and nobody's land was seized. Try to keep this in mind the next time you try this crap.
