We’ve stopped taking the boat into Inner Harbor the trash in the water is so bad and walking from the dock to anywhere means seeing rats.

The worst I have seen was that council member who said city workers don’t pick up trash because drug dealers hide their drugs in the trash piles and threaten city workers. One woman said her trash hadn’t been picked up since last December.

I’d like to know what they’ve done with our state tax money plus the Federal dollars they’ve gotten. All Marylanders deserve an answer. Baltimore residents deserve solutions.
