Well...appears Democrats dominating Baltimore politics for decades...hasnt helpes. Sure...riots and poverty happen. But healthcare? The racist mayor just purged a bunch of kids and spouses off city healthcare plans.

Apparently. ...its too expensive. But hey....at least Obamacare is here to rescue them! Heck...why are the mostly Democratic employees whining? They wanted Obamacare. Now....their kids and spouses will get it!
