GAZA, (PIC)-- Dr. Ahmed Bahar, the first deputy speaker of the Palestinian legislative council (PLC), stated Wednesday that the approval of any budget for the PA away from the PLCÂ’s endorsement is constitutionally null and void and violates the basic law.
