Beyond that, their reasons for why Birth Control must also be banned are easily defeated with common law, constitutional and common sense arguments.

The problem is that - when a woman is pregnant, she has already "reproduced" and the product (child) of her actions and choices now already "exists."

And "children" supposedly have the same right to the equal protections of our laws that she does.
