What a friggin JOKE.

If they had been seized solely based on not having the orange tip, I would be on the side of the ATF in this case. Attempting to make a case that these things could be converted to Assault Weapons is an absolute joke.

Then again it sounded like this might be on the West Coast, where the possession of ANY sort of firearm is generally considered to be a social crime of the highest order.
