At what point will the Left be satisfied on the Civil Rights issue?

Our Civil Rights Laws are vigorously enforced.
We have an army of Government and Private Organizations that will help the victims of Civil Rights violations.
We even racially prioritize civil rights, which is highly unconstitutional.
The truth is that the Left will never be satisfied because the Democrat politicians and pundits need racial tensions to be high to maintain their political power.
