How would that justify a missile strike on a building full of innocent people, not to mention International News Outlets?

I'll give you a hint. If you are given word your building is about to be bombed from above or attacked by missiles (which they were), you should leave (which they did) unless you wish to be a martyr for your office building owner. Renting space to multiple news organization doesn't mean you can run a terrorist cell out of it with impunity. It don't work that way. Only a dumb ass would think it did.

By what rational can anyone claim that a building can be demolished because it may be owned by the democratically elected government of a country?

Did the US attack buildings like hospitals or schools because they were owned by the governments of Germany or Japan during WWII?

Is Israel claiming rockets were being fired from this building?
