The issue is whether brave Americans will step forward and defend their rights because you can rest assured that tyrants in DC, NY, CA, IL etc are not going to care about the Constitution. They;ve already proven that.

You seriously do not understand American legal jurisprudence.

An unconstitutional law is not a law. Start with reading the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution.

Where do you get the idea that the Supreme Court makes a law constitutional or unconstitutional? They state if it is so but they do not make it so.

When the Supreme Court strikes down a state’s AWB, rendering the bans in the other six states unenforceable, get back to us – then your thread premise will be valid.

Otherwise, AWBs are perfectly lawful and Constitutional, in no manner violating or infringing upon the Second Amendment.
