That is not that simple. In the last couple of years, the requirements for job visas were significantly eased (for Poland and the Czech republic). So, naturally many Ukrainians are looking for a job there, rather than working in Ukraine.

As a result of that, Ukraine even got the deficit of workers in some fields. And the situation was estimated to be getting worse. The Covid pandemic significantly slowed the flow of Ukrainian workers abroad, of course. But sooner or later it will end and the European economy will begin to rebound.
