That's a false analogy because my house is not a public building. So that argument is a non-starter. It's just plain ******* stupid.
If Byrd had a reasonable suspicion that little unarmed Ashley was breaking the law, he could have simply arrested her. Instead, he executed her. Shooting her was extremely excessive force. It was murder.
Rather than affording her due process, he made himself judge, jury and executioner.
