Harris would have to be invited to join another candidate's ticket if Joe declined to run. No one is gonna be crazy enough to do that. She's polling worse than Joe.

Harris was put on the ticket as a minority woman. If Michelle Obama runes as President Harris would be discarded or run on the ticket with her as V.P. again.
