Don't harsh my zen, Jen!
For me, it's Prince and David Bowie. And though I only know the one song, I know a lot of people still miss these guys.

Pixies are still together. They play all the time. Prince did a show in NYC not to long along as well.

Every one of them. I think I need a new scope..........

One of the funniest family memories we have is going out with a friend from work, her husband, my husband and daughter. This was probably around 15 years ago. We were chatting, and the wife said, regarding Elton John, "Well, but it's not as though he had any big hits."

My side of the table:

  :cuckoo:

"Um ..... "

Allot of these atrtists are older. I imagine at some point they gotta retire.
Bowie is in his mid 60's. Prince is in his mid 50's I think.
Jimmy page late 60's. Damn our heros are seniors?

Lord, no. Her idiot husband was flirting with my daughter, right in front of his wife. Eww.

I do too.

I'm wondering if anybody misses GNR.

Up on the scaffold
Sheryl Crow's an incredibly talented singer and songwriter. I have all of her work, but wish she'd make more. On a different note, I've never really liked The Beatles.
