I have mixed emotions about the death penalty but this MOFO needs it !

In fact after he flatlines they should revie him and killing him again.

Richard Kenneth Djerf, a former security guard from Phoenix, was executed by lethal injection at the Arizona State Prison Complex in Florence on October 17, 2025. Convicted for the brutal 1993 murders of four members of the Luna family, including a child, Djerf’s crimes were described as among the most heinous in Arizona’s history.

After years on death row, he declined to issue a final statement. His last meal was a double cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato, fried onion rings, and a drink. Witnesses reported that he took several deep breaths before falling silent, and was pronounced dead at 10:40 a.m. local time.

I think there have been more executions this year than in any in the last two decades.

I am guilty of not mourning his passing.

And it’s true that his execution might never serve to deter anybody else from murdering a family including a child.

But it’s also true that he won’t be killing any fellow inmates tomorrow or any prison guards tomorrow or anybody else ever again.

Ii am not a very strong proponent of the death penalty. But I do see that, in cases like his, to legally and gently send him off to whatever the after life (if there is one) might hold for him is really just a way of putting him out of our misery.

Good they didn't screw up the lethal injection this time. Should have shot him but whatever it takes, the dude is a monster.

Why don't they give these guys a hamburger laced with fentanyl ?

It's a guaranteed death shot and I'm sure the GOV has a bunch of it laying around.

This one didn't try to wiggle out of responsibility at least. He admitted what he did right up to the end.
