You can discount the CNN report out of hand. Hell, they show up in the leaks, can you really trust them to report accurately? Seriously?

Secondly, DHS composes ALL intelligence agencies, they are all put under one umbrella now. Just because two agencies have told the administration that Russia has the capability, doesn't necessarily mean they HAVE done the deed.

There is no direct evidence that they have done it, and only two agencies have come to that conclusion, not all of them.

and ways to check govt run amok, due to corporate interests skewing party, media and govt.

As the Reformation movement led to people learning to read their Bibles
instead of blindly following priests who claimed authority to dictate what the law was for the people.

The people revolted and reformed how churches operate today
by people setting up their own according to authority invoked by following and living by the laws.
