It is going to take bulldoxers and 18 wheelers to haul off 50 blocks of garbage. Nobody wants to go thru with trashbags and pick it up by hand when welfare pays better. Bulldozers don't fit down sidewalks and may tear up streets? This may require a rebuild?

Tents are cheaper than Shelters I hear Walmart has A great deal on a two bedroom polyester house that is easy to assemble and Environmentally friendly. 40 sq ft. of street level luxury. Just down the Street from Nancy Pelosi's residence. Needles and feces are free .

That said, homeless in CA have a wide range of demographics: Those who are addicted to drugs or alcohol or both; Those with serious mental illnesses; The cost of housing and the mild climate hospitable for camping for most days in the year
