a toddler was served alcohol in his sippy cup with a "happy meal"... over the weekend.
he was talking to the walls and singing "nearer my god to thee"
the aleged "toddler" was booked and read his rights then tested for BAC. his purported blood alcohol content was .10 ....a 1/4 point over the legal driving limit.
