Apple is so dependent on Chinese labor it shouldn't even be called an American company anymore.

Piss on Apple but China should not have the right to sue any US based company as a US company can't sue a Chi-Com based company in China.

In fact there's a Senate committee working on legislation to that effect now.

China should have no access to our court system.

Well that takes care of the tariffs for them it still doesn't let them off the hook for the slave wages and slave labor though... Same can be said for many of the other American cell phone brands.

Most of the iphones are made by foxconn a HUGE electronics supplier.

practically ever socket on a motherboard going back 20 years is a foxconn
