Yet Leftists in America will actually side with those who will kill gays over those who’d rather not bake a cake for them. Why? Anything but Islam syndrome.

Attacking bad logic like the endless cum hoc fallacies for the fallacies they are is not in any way "defending" the object of the fallacious attack. This is itself another fallacy, and one that should be outgrown by, say, junior high school.
None of which changes the fact that Islam is the PC-protected religion.

I see more people on the rightwing side rallying PUBLICLY against religious and political abuses
of Jihadists and Shariah to mean religious-based govt laws and mandates without representation or due process.

If the public expects the most prominent opposition to Islam to be voiced and represented
by the Conservative CHRISTIANS, then of course, people are going to DEFER to that group to do the public outreach.
I notice a difference in spoken/radio media versus printed/free press media:
Radio speech tends to be more geared toward rightwing preaching (than leftwing which can get very analytical
and better expressed through written media rather than trying to explain things in a LINEAR radio dialogue)
On the left hand side of the equation, of the groups pushing to stop bullying, rape, violence against women, etc.
most of this is traditionally driven by LEFTWING and feminist groups that get more of the media attention.
The rightwing approach to addressing the cause of abuse is already built into the Christian and spiritual healing outreach,
but this is kept OUT of the mainstream media. The testimonials and outreach programs are well established
within the religious and church communities, whether this is credited or rejected as "religious dogma" by the leftwing.
So instead, the media focuses on the secular leftwing approaches and makes it look like those are the main advocates.
I think both groups find their political niches and get used to fighting those battles,
while expecting the opposite group to fight their own traditional battles.
If people are honest, they'd see that both groups are DEPENDING on the other for check and balance
because neither group can police all the issues out there. The Environmentalists with the Greens also
tend to pick their battles that the liberal Democrats are missing or messing up. And the Libertarians
also pick their battles to check fellow Conservatives that are otherwise running the Republican party into the ground.
We really need all hands on board to address and check all the areas against abuses of political or religious authority.
If each party specializes in certain fields, why not work together, cover them all, and redress ALL grievances affecting taxpayers? Why not delegate to each party the task of assessing damages and debts owed to the public, from corporate abuse or govt waste, and negotiating agreements to collect back on that restitution. Why not use all parties for good?
