The mass of the protesters were innocent of any wrong doing including the woman who rushed to the front to turn the people back. Her name was Ashley Babbit, and she had served in a war of this country, and smelled a rat about the whole situation that was going on, and she valiantly tried to turn them back when she was murdered, which is what you call a shooting death of an unarmed person. That didn't fit the narrative, so in a panic, the deep staters who planned this scenario to be a riot, not a peaceful protest. They HAD TO MAKE THE PEACEFUL PROTEST warp into an insurrection, so with words and a well-paid for sale media did worse than burn the flag. They had the one person who figured things weren't on the up and up and took a lethal bullet when she tried to turn the protesters back because they were pawns to be used to make sure President Trump was accused of an insurrection, and they put innocent people in jail for over a year, some are still serving last I heard. Meanwhile, Ashli is buried 6 feet under for her heroism the press also tarnished falsely. And you, Kruska, you are calling peaceful protesters "rioters," which is a handy lie for the evil Pelosi who had to have violence, only she was hoping they'd find a gun on her dead body. Defying a democratically obtained election result and encouraging people to get violent - is a call for insurrection. There is nothing to discuss about. To direct violence towards the Capitol - the house of the Congress and Senate - to "forcefully" hinder the confirmation of a democratically elected candidate - is defying DEMOCRACY even in a fake democracy. He is therefore even in breach with the constitution aka defying the constitution. A person defying the US constitution via encouraging violence is a TRAITOR to the US constitution and as such a TRAITOR towards the USA and it's political conviction. Name me a single war the USA kicked off or was involved, in the past 100 years, where the main argument and justification wasn't DEMOCRACY.

Donald Trump was my President, not my buddy. I've never met the man, but he has my respect because he helped all Americans prosper, and not just his circle of family and friends. He worked hard on completing the equality of all mankind who live in this country. Fact remains:
Trump is a CRIMINAL & a TRAITOR and needs to be prosecuted and punished according to existing US LAWS. Just as any demonstrator, criminal or political activist that broke the law, and anyone who handled State secrets aka documents in a totally irresponsible manner - aka presidential traitor to US national security as well.

If the court proceedings are fair and square - is the least of my concern (since the US courts can only act in accordance with existing laws and the constitution) - (that is what lawyers are for, and Trump claims to have the BEST) - "victimization" is just baseless Trump rhetoric and mirrors his usual bull.

If he gets 30 years or 3 years in prison - now that you might file under "victimization" if it pleases you.
