They are merely attempting to deflect from the fact that by Meadows walking away (after hitting the table btw - always a shrewd negotiating tactic) - the econ will not have added stimulus for a min of 6 weeks, just as unemployment showed signs of abating. And any new stimulus will not be sent until less than two months before people vote.
