CNN is making no such claim. This is a story being reported by multiple outlets. And since it didn't come directly from the office of Willis, I'll reserve judgement.

However, Trump did ALL of this to himself. Just Trump and the corrupt individuals he surrounded himself with and continues to surround himself with.
There is no Deep State at work here. It's all Trump.
