Another J6 Insurrectionist

I just caught another interview with one of the J6 insurrectionists, I'm not sure, I was still waking up, but I think he is one of the guys the DOJ has been dragging their feet on pardoning. He was accounting what actually happened the day of J6:

He's a big guy, well over 6', 300 pounds, he was in among the crowd, the door of the capitol banged open and the crowd started moving forward almost lifting him off his feet. He told the guy he was with to be careful to keep your feet under you or you would be trampled. The crowd went forward, everyone was squeezing, they went in through the door, inside, one of the capitol police was fist bumping people, the guy walked around, looked at stuff.

Then a couple of cops started getting harassed/assaulted by some in the crowd and he and his buddy went over and formed a line protecting the cops. Of course, he was later identified and arrested. The part that got me was when it came time to go to trial, there was evidence, video evidence of the incident with them protecting the cops, and when it came time to show it, the DC court, according to the fellow in question said, the judge WOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO PRESENT THE EVIDENCE in their defense and blacked it out.

Now, I ask myself, why would this guy lie on TV? If it isn't true, sooner or later it will come out and destroy his credibility if not worse. This is not the first time I've heard stories that in effect, many of the J6ers were railroaded up the river without a paddle in order to make a conviction and to drive home their desire to "make an example" out of these people.

Seems to be backfiring.

ITMT, Trump is in LV, and is soon to appear on stage if he is not already there thanking the people of the state.

Conservatives are rugged individualists who normally don't easily come together en masse unified as a large group but it appears that the Dems have gotten so greedy, so bad, so extreme, that they have brought us all together in forced to beat off the assault of Marxism, they have in effect CREATED Donald Trump, or at least the need for someone like him, and Donald's message to the Left reminds me of Drego in Rocky: Trump to the Democrats: "I must break you." And that is just what Trump is doing and going to do, break them. Like a twig.

I had NO PROBLEM with honest sentencing of anyone who assaults a policeman, but the problem as I see it is that the PROCESS itself was tainted, and with such bias none of those convictions could stand. Had the Dems done it right in the first place then there would be SOME crims in jail for their actions that day.

Trump was, in the end, correct to dump the lot!! (imo). And it pains me that a REAL cop basher gets away with it. But then again, who were those who led the bashing of cops and weren't charged?

They could have noticed the groundswell of support for men like Perot, Buchanan, Santorum, and Paul, adjusted their course a bit to appeal to and accommodate those views, and Trump would still be building hideously overpriced hotels and playing golf.

Don't insult my intelligence. How can you "trespass" in a public building of the people, paid for by the people and for the people?
Further, on the other side of the building, the police held the doors open, invited them in, fist bumped them and much more, all documented on video.
But even if they did "trespass," that is a simple misdemeanor, not a felony deserving locked away for four years denied bail, denied Due Process of rights and much more that you wouldn't do to a Gitmo detainee.

No he didn't. You are ignorant. He commuted the sentence on around 14 of them if I recall, not pardoned them, some are still being held, and I just found out this morning that one of them still held had been approached by the FBI to work as an inside plant for them against one of the groups and he refused, so they planted some sort of explosive in his car then charged him with serious crimes. This is how they operate. That is why Joe Biden said that the Intel community can get you ten ways come sunday.
