I find it difficult to believe that this woman hasn't had extensive contacts with child welfare, in which case..why the **** didn't they insist she be institutionalized years ago?
Child welfare is a joke, and until we start LOCKING UP violent criminals and crazy people, this shit is going to continue happening.
