I love pepperoni pizza and have it every Friday evening, and I always had heartburn as a result, a price I was willing to pay because I could knock it down with antacid tablets, which I have by my bedside, kitchen, even in my car. That is until I began my health campaign of properly chewing my food into a porridge-like liquid. Since I began this I haven't had any trace of heartburn while eating the same spicey pizzas in the same amount (half of the pizza).

And for complete digestion, capped off by no flatulence, and odorless poop (Yep, you read that right). :)
