What the hell do we have to do to shut down this judicial activism?
US district judge James Boasberg ruled that the corps failed to take into account the impacts that a spill underneath the Missouri river could have on “fishing rights, hunting rights, or environmental justice, or the degree to which the pipeline’s effects are likely to be highly controversial”
And it’s totally absurd as the anti-pipeline slobs were kicked out because they trashed the entire area.
The good thing is the ruling won’t stop the pipeline.
