Britain banned guns but apparently they forgot to include young people in that law.....their young people keep using guns to shoot each other.
The first thing they need to do is write another law that says that people under 21 can't own the guns that have already been banned and confiscated.
Next....and pretty important too.....they need to write a law that states that people under 21 can't shoot other people with guns that have already been banned and confiscated....and throw in all the other guns too....that have been banned and confiscated......
Next....and this is a really big one.....people under the age of 21 can't murder people....I think that is a pretty important law to pass and I really wonder why they haven't passed it a lot sooner...

Man, 19, shot and another stabbed in London | Metro News
Police were called to the scene at 23.41pm after receiving reports of shots fired and the victim was taken to an east London hospital. His injuries are not considered life threatening. Shortly after, police were called to further shots fired in High road, Ilford, but there were no reported injuries.
