there's an incentive to steal when the law says if you loot less than a thousand dollars you don't get prosecuted

But I do believe there's a problem with no prosecuting petty theft in San Francisco.
 
Wonder how many others stores will head on out of the State. I'd bet quite a few. Shoplifting can cost them thousands each month.
 
Vote republican in California and you'll an end to that nonsense after a while. Or keep voting democrat and see it get worse.

Like Bernie Sanders, Yang will make a lot of money pretending to be an "independent". It's just another grift for him.
