He was beaten for disputing a bar tab. I didn't make any excuses about Cincinnati, I stated what happened. The white man was yelling racial slurs, then he tried to start a fight. Afterblacks tried breaking it up, he slapped a second black person. It has been said that the woman was pushing and shoving people.
