And Like I said....

Jews made it because they are damn smart.
I didn’t bring up intelligence, since that’s largely inherited and out of one’s control, but there is much that one can do to ensure success: don’t have children out of wedlock, get an education or career prep, be disciplined, work hard, and so forth, all of which is valued highly among Jews.

Blaming “racism” for one’s failures will do NOTHING to help one become successful. Just so exhausted with all this “it’s whites’ fault!” stuff.

People need to grow up and take responsibility for their own actions.

So we have another white man, part of the white grievance crowd who has whined for 60 years about how equal opportunity is discrimination against the white man unable to discuss the topic, then asks why a black man was in a private business that serves the public instead of why did those whites who were neither owners, managers or employees of tht bar decide they had the right to beat that man because he questioned the bar tab. And I'm sure you wouldn't be asking the question if a white man had been beaten by blacks because he was in an all black bar. If that had been the cas,e suddenly you would be talking about how people have the right t spend their money wherever they want without the threat of violence.

Last thing, learn to read son, because I am asking why we didn't see national leaders speaking on this or how we didn't see this become viral nationwide, not whether or not anyone was arrested.
And you're another black man that thinks the blacks should be held to a lower standard than Whites.

It's strange that Democrats and IM here love to play the racism card. I like them to explain how the most successful semiconductor companies in the world such as Nvidia, AMD, Intel, and Broadcom have Asians as CEO. I'll give them a hint. None of them require DEI to gain the position. The CEO of Nvidia started out as a dishwasher.

Really? That's actually pretty amazing.

US dropped two atomic bombs on Japan but you don't hear Japanese screaming white supremacy.

Wow. It is amazing how stupid some people are.

Number 1, Japan started a war with this country.

I think his point is that US did nasty things to other races too, but they don't whine anymore, whereas black people whine non-stop.

Two atomic bombs killed nearly 200,000 Japanese. I am glad you said Japan started the war and the bombings were justified. Now tell us, why is your side condemning an Israel when Hamas started the war?

How much handouts did blacks receive in this country and still scream racism? Why is it Asians rarely scream racism? I’ll await your response.

White right-wingers in this forum.
Like who? Names please.

Nope and you know that.

Heart disease and fentynal contributed to his death. Not that it was the cause, but it was relevant.

Tell your racist buddies that.

I dont have any racist buddies.

And this is supposed to mean something? I get tired of you racists using black people as examples trying to validate your racist views.

Im not using black people as examples, the people in that subway car were using themselves as examples.

One thing we do know is that blacks were certainly glad to step in on that racist in Cincinnati.

Ok, so, here we have a conundrum. You want to point that out as a "dig" to try and make a tough statement, but all you're really doing is saying that you're no better than the people you are angry at.

Both situations are bad.

And the information you read has the whites as victims of a random attack that happened for no reason.

No, I haven't read that, I simply read that it hadn't been determined who made the racial slurs.

It's a false equivalence since the black guy didn't start a fight with whites, then when the whites tried breaking it up, he decided to punch another white person, then had edited tape shown to the world to make it look like he was just a poor victim of a beatdown.

It is relevant because, all these racists you claim cheer on this sort of thing, yet, nobody is supporting or condoning these bikers

He was jumped on by a white mob for disputing his tab.

Ok, I agree.

And what's telling is how white like you try making these two things the same.

You really have to tell me why it is you think im white lol, this is a hang up with you i guess

Whites have played the racism card from the beginning of this country. Asians would be part of any DEI policy.

AI Summary

To ensure inclusivity in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policies, consider the following points regarding the inclusion of Asians:

  • Asians are often included in DEI policies to promote representation and equity.
  • Many organizations recognize the diverse backgrounds within the Asian community.
  • DEI initiatives aim to address systemic barriers faced by Asian individuals.
  • Cultural competency training often includes Asian perspectives and experiences.
  • Data collection on Asian demographics is essential for effective DEI strategies.
  • Advocacy for Asian representation in leadership roles is a common focus in DEI efforts.
Asking me to explain why 4 Asians out of the millions of Asians in America are CEO's is another tactic used by white racists to deny racism.

  • There are over 42,356 chief executive officers currently employed in the United States.
  • 31.5% of all chief executive officers are women, while 68.5% are men.
  • The average chief executive officer age is 51 years old.
  • The most common ethnicity of chief executive officers is White (76.0%), followed by Hispanic or Latino (7.9%), Asian (7.8%) and Unknown (3.9%).

So again, we see another white right-wing coward who cannot address the thread topic continually being allowed to post off-topic.

Simple. They moved on and do not look at things that were created by whites as resentment or white supremacy . They embraced it and put it to good use. The Chinese didn’t demolish Hong Kong or Macau because the symbol of oppression and colonialism. Can’t say the same for blacks and that is why S. Africa and Zimbabwe are shit hole countries.

I don’t read AI crap. Post in your own words. Asians do not need DEI to succeed. I already gave an example. The biggest semiconductor companies in the world have Asians as CEO. Democrats and blacks are in favor of shutting down gifted schools because there are too many damn Asians and whites. Also, funny shit that white supremacy propelled Asians into earning more than whites.

There have been no handouts specifically targeted for blacks. However whites have.

Black Reparations for Twentieth Century Federal Housing Discrimination: The Construction of White Wealth and the Effects of Denied Black Homeownership

This paper examines the U.S. government’s instigation, participation, authorization, and perpetuation of federal housing discrimination against black-Americans from the 1930s to the 1980s and the damage that such discrimination caused and continues to cause today. Delving into the U.S. government’s twentieth century federal housing practices, this paper discusses how the government effectively barred black-Americans from obtaining quality housing and from investing in housing as wealth, while simultaneously subsidizing and endorsing white homeownership, white suburbs, and white wealth. Quantifying the U.S. government’s discriminatory practices with current wealth gaps between white- and black-American communities, this paper discusses the effects of twentieth century federal housing discrimination and argues that such government-initiated wrongs justify black reparations.

Part I examines the U.S. government’s housing practices—from the New Deal until the 1968 Fair Housing Act and its 1988 Amendments—to reveal that although the New Deal’s national housing programs revolutionized homeownership and home equity in the United States, the U.S. government’s federal housing programs were racially discriminatory. Specifically, and quite shockingly, the U.S. government actively created and promulgated racist neighborhood rating systems that constructed black neighborhoods and black property as unstable, volatile, hazardous, and not worthy of investment. Using these racist rating systems, the federal government endorsed racial covenants and invested federal money into the creation and accumulation of white wealth, the value of whiteness, white suburbia, and white homeownership. Meanwhile, the government denied blacks federal housing funding, fueling black stigma and barring black-Americans from the invaluable twentieth century opportunities of homeownership and home equity.

Understanding the U.S. government’s discriminatory housing practices, Part II discusses and quantifies the effects of the government’s housing discrimination on black-American households and communities. Finding that approximately 120 billion 1950s dollars—or more than 1.239 quintillion 2019 dollars—were invested to subsidize and create white-American wealth through homeownership...

OBTW, this research was done by an Asian.

I study this stuff.

Lol… affirmative action and DEI were not targeting blacks. :21: :21:

I posted the ******* facts and you just can't take it. Secondly this is not the thread topic. Third, the number 1 recipients of the H1B Visas that give jobs in corporations to immigrants are Asians. I told your white ass not to try claiming that Asians earn more than whites, when it's only a small number of Indians who make the big money while vast numbers of of Asians live at or below poverty.

Why Asian lawmakers are defending DEI and urging corporate America to keep its commitments

The executive board of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus is calling on the nation’s top companies to reaffirm their commitment to hiring and promoting Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders amid growing attacks on diversity, equity and inclusion by key conservatives and billionaires like Elon Musk and Bill Ackman.

In a letter to 100 of the nation’s largest companies obtained by USA TODAY, caucus members asked CEOs to report back on Asian representation in corporate leadership and efforts to remedy racial imbalances.

Now shut the **** up and ecplain how 249 years of whites being hired based on their skin color is not what you call DEI.

Now shut the **** up and ecplain how 249 years of whites being hired based on their skin color is not what you call DEI.
It's more than just "hiring them based on their skin color".

Personally, I discriminate, too. If I have to have something done, and it needs to be done right, such as having a surgery, I will make sure to choose a white male doctor as much as I possibly can. And this is not because I think their skin color makes them superior, no. It's because from experience, they tend to be the least likely to **** up something important. I have had a procedure done by an East Indian female doctor, and let me tell you it was the worst mistake of my life. And no, I did not base things on just one incident. There have been many other similar incidents, all of varying degrees of seriousness, where I either hired or used the help of a minority staff/professional, and very often, the result was catastrophic for me.

Lol… affirmative action and DEI were not targeting blacks. :21: :21:

Affirmative Action Has Helped White Women More Than Anyone

Why White Women Benefitted The Most From DEI Programs

Some Americans are shocked to learn that Black people are not the primary beneficiaries of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Because, for many, these policies are synonymous with discussions about race. While companies voluntarily adopted policies to address racial discrimination in the workplace during the 1960s and 70s, they were designed to help a number of marginalized groups, including religious minorities and veterans. White women have benefitted the most from DEI programs.

White wmen like Lisa and every other dumb ass right wing trump supporting woman in this forum.

You are an amateur running your mouth and not having the first clue about what you're talking about. Your white ass has been race pimped into a victim mentality and like Lyndon Johnson said:

"If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you."

The Republican party has played whites like you since Reagan at minimum and Trump has you gladly emptying your pockets. You and the other right wingers here are getting played. You are marks, suckers, and political chumps. All they have to do is show you a crime by an immigrant or make a claim about Obama and like Pavlovs dogs you slobber.

Now stop running from the topic white man.
