And all because Biden thinks 700 barrels /mile on dry land is worse than 1 million in an oil tanker on open ocean.

Gas is up here...went up 75 cents a gallon over night...
Oil is seven dollars a barrel cheaper today than it was a year ago.
That was pre covid with normal auto and air travel. Demand is going back up as people start to travel more.
There is a great deal of pent up demand which will boost the economy when it is let loose.

Saudi Arabia is cutting production in an attempt to jack up oil prices, but that will just open the door for Russia to produce more.
Something a president Trump would stop....

Idiot.

Keystone is actually pretty meaningless to the overall price of oil, jobs created and possibly enviro damage, although it doesn't take that much to really screw up an aquifer or river, at least compared to how big a spill can occur on open ocean water. But this is just a knee jerk (pun intended) issue that appeals to people who don't actually have any skin in the game of what the pipeline might actually mean to them.
Do you have any idea how many miles of pipeline already exist in the USA? There are thousands of miles of transmission, distribution, feeder, pipelines etc. There is already a Keystone pipeline from Alberta to the Gulf Coast. The new Keystone addition is nothing more than a faster direct route with more capacity. It should not even be controversial.

Experts believe gas prices will continue to increase due to price of oil
Gas prices are not only increasing in New York state but across the nation as well due to the price of crude oil going up.
Experts say gas prices will not go down until the price of oil does.
With the inauguration today, the Biden Administration plans to cancel the Keystone XL Pipeline on his first day in office.
This move would impact the oil industry.

And so experts are trying to point out to Biden a simple fact: Canada will move this 1 million barrels per day somehow!
As oil/gas accounts for 23% of their GDP, Canada WILL move that oil somehow and the worst environmental potential destruction
is when a 1 million barrel oil tanker is on the open ocean. Versus a 700 barrel per mile potential on dry land via Keystone.
Biden is a senile moron... and apparently so are his advisors

That they are. That pipe line provide thousands of jobs and a great way to move oil. Only a moron would cancel that project. Of course jack ass doesn't have to buy gas. We do.

Lets see the lefty loons on the board defend the jack ass and that decision. They will have plenty to defend dumb ass on.

That's what I said. Every lefty loon on this board will have to defend that jack ass. I'll just sit here and enjoy.

The price of fucking corn has more impact on what we pay for gasoline that the RW/LW talking point of the day Canadian pipeline.

That's the point, Genius. it doesn't fucking matter to anyone but RW or LW taking parrots.

Diesel here has been 1.93 to 1.96 for over a year. Nov 4th it was suddenly 2.05. Yesterday on my way to work 2.05 and on my way home 2.50.

In one day retard bidumb increased our gas bills by 25%. It won’t stop there.

It is worse....That's not oil that's an oil like sludge no one has ever moved over pipeline like that

Insane to be pumping that through the country for what? Canadian profits/ Fuck em let them ship that shit to their own coast and deal with it from there.

And no people this tiny little fucking thing isn't giong to substantively change oil prices. The saudis can squeeze north american producers any time they want.

Biden probably called up the saudis and told them to tighten up supply

Wow! You really misread your source. Try again?

The tard herd is obviously being told that Joe Biden magically has an effect on the price of oil just two days into his administration, and are obediently parroting their propagandists without fact checking for themselves as they have no clue how to do that. Which is exactly what their propagandists depend on.

Magically? Are pipelines magic?

My point was to ask Biden, and all truly ignorant environmentalists who do they think 700 barrels traveling one mile on dry land is MORE dangerous than 1,000,000 barrels traveling 1 mile on the open ocean!
If you were truly informed( there are already over 150,000 miles of pipelines in the USA) and logical and above all had some common sense, the answer is so clear!
So what is the REAL reason for canceling Keystone?
This is so simple it's like the story of the below!!!

Screen Shot 2021-01-23 at 10.30.32 AM.png

A truck driver got the top of his semi stuck under an underpass one day when he took a risk and thought he had enough clearance. First they brought in someone from the highway department, who immediately called an engineer. The engineer started trying to figure out an elaborate way to jack the underpass up, so the truck could be freed without damage. A little girl on a bicycle kept pulling on his pants leg and saying, “Hey mister! Hey MISTER!” But it was to no avail. He chased her off. “Go away, kid.”

The highway department rep kept looking at the engineer’s plans and thought it was too elaborate and too expensive, so he got another idea. He called a heavy equipment operator, who came out to the scene and said, “What if we dig out the road under the truck with a backhoe? Maybe then it will lower the truck and it can be driven off.” The little girl went up to the heavy equipment operator. “Hey mister! Hey MISTER!” The man just glared at her. “Little girl, we’re busy. SCRAM!”

Finally, the exasperated little girl went up to the truck driver. “Hey mister! HEY, MISTER!” The truck driver, who felt sorry for the little girl being ignored so badly, sighed and said, “What?”

“Mister, I know what to do!” the little girl said. “JUST LET THE AIR OUT OF THE TIRES!”
