Measles is not common in South America or Central America. Their vaccination rates are sometimes better than ours.

Texas makes it very easy to enroll in school without being vaccinated. All you have to do is say you have a personal belief against vaccines so the vaccination rates have been falling in some communities.

Pakistan is a far different story, but illegal immigration from Pakistan is quite uncommon since, you know, it’s a different continent.
