run a fist or two up yours. That finger should fit neatly up your ass where it belongs
And you have no proof they didntrun a fist or two up yours.
You have ZERO proof and illegal alien caused this outbreak.
you are sick
There was a reason. He caught the measles.Because a child died for no reason.
There will be more and more if the anti-vaccine crowd continues to grow. There was a reason. He caught the measles.
The US has -16- measles outbreaks in 2024.
If they don’t get measles, they don’t get complications of measles. It’s like saying he didn’t die because he was pushed off a roof. He died because he hit the ground.
but Pneumonia is correct? And if encephalitis is rare it's less of a worry. Again you don't get to have it both ways. This is what you said:
You did indeed. Encephalitis is not common.
The same can be said of measles. The vast majority of people who get the measles don't have complications severe or otherwise. Most people who get the flu don’t get severe complications either.
That's how you want to treat it. It's not how the people who don't want to vaccinate want to treat it. You don't get to dictate to other people what they are or aren't going to do medically.Guess how we prevent complications of measles? Prevent them from getting measles.
So does prevention and treatment of the complications of infection like pneumonia and encephalitis.I trust the vaccine because it’s obvious it works extremely well.
I question YOU in your claim that we can effectively treat measles. It is a claim that you have not been able to back up. How do we prevent kids with measles from getting encephalitis? Do tell.
We’ve had anti-inflammatory for a long time.Seeing as how encephalitis is an inflammatory condition use of anti inflammatory is likely used.
We’ve had anti-inflammatory for a long time.
What's clear is you don't want to hear anything other than what you want to hear. Here's the cool thing. You are free to get any and all the vaccines you want. Not sure why you are so against other people being afforded the right to make a different decision than you.But it’s clear you don’t actually know what you’re talking about. Thanks.
Just a dose of reality. What's clear is you don't want to hear anything other than what you want to hear. Here's the cool thing. You are free to get any and all the vaccines you want. Not sure why you are so against other people being afforded the right to make a different decision than you.

A Texas child who was not vaccinated has died of measles, a first for the US in a decade
A child who was not vaccinated has died from measles in West Texas. It's the first death in an outbreak that began late last month and the first from measles in the U.S. since 2015.apnews.com
The death was a “school-aged child who was not vaccinated” and had been hospitalized last week, the Texas Department of State Health Services said Wednesday in a statement. Lubbock health officials also confirmed the death, but neither agency provided more details. A news conference is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
Covenant Children’s Hospital in Lubbock didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment, nor did Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s office.
Just a dose of reality.
A kid died because of measles in 2025 despite all our medical technology.
Thing is, we haven’t really made any advancements in treatment of measles. Like a lot of viral illnesses, treatment is supportive.
If there were a vaccine that stopped kids from choking on food, wouldn’t we want all kids to get that?360 kids die each year drowned in their pool. Should we outlaw pools?
5000 kids die each year from choking should we outlaw solid foods?
Untold cost and death from obesity. Should we outlaw hoho's and mandate exercise? Restrict caloric intake and mandate healthy diets for people especially children?
One kid dies with measles and it's somehow an indictment of every person who chooses to make a decision you wouldn't make.
BTW more kids got the measles last year than this year. Almost 2k kids got the measles in 2019. Odd we weren't having this discussion then.
Junior Banditos Who Harass, Rob, and Beat Up Our ChildrenIs it possible that the kid was an illegal alien?
The only choice liberals want you to have is to kill your unborn child or not.One kid dies with measles and it's somehow an indictment of every person who chooses to make a decision you wouldn't make.
I wouldnt force a child to take it no.If there were a vaccine that stopped kids from choking on food, wouldn’t we want all kids to get that?
We are having the discussion now because RFK Jr is a total lunatic and placed in charge of HHS.
Not the question I asked. Try to have an honest discussion.wouldnt force a child to take it no.
RFK Jr has been promoting vaccine craziness for a decade. More to the point, we are talking about this because it highlights the insanity of having a quack like RFK Jr in charge of HHS.The decision to not vaccinate all these school aged children (6 and older) was made long before anyone knew RFK jr's name let alone his questions on the safety studies regarding vaccines. Try again.
It’s the crux of this entire discussion. Whether or not you or I think someone should take a vaccine is irrelevant. Not the question I asked. Try to have an honest discussion.
I’m sure the Mennonites who have never vaccinated their children dont give a shit what RFKjr thinks. That said RFK can think whatever he wants if no one knows what that is not sure how it has any effect. Current vaccine hesitancy which has zero to do with this current stint of measles infections was caused by health officials lying through their teeth over and over during COVID including about tne COVID vaccineRFK Jr has been promoting vaccine craziness for a decade. Of course what we think is relevant. It’s sad to think otherwise. It’s the crux of this entire discussion. Whether or not you or I think someone should take a vaccine is irrelevant.
But we do know what he thinks. He thinks that vaccines cause autism and are unsafe. He thinks that measles is no big deal and that outbreaks aren’t because of vaccine hesitancy.I’m sure the Mennonites who have never vaccinated their children dont give a shit what RFKjr thinks. . . . and that is as much their right, as the left bleevs abortion is.MSN

This is getting serious. I hope RFK has his eyes on Texas. The people who began this are unvacinated due to religious reasons. So now kids are dying....for religious reasons....
