Red State! Amen.
Former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, gave a straightforward and solid answer to a question (posed by a present day Congressman) which needed to be asked and should be addressed:

Beyond their own claim of authority in Marbury v. Madison (which isn’t necessarily wrong, entirely, in its own right), the SCOTUS has power and authority granted by the Constitution which doesn’t exactly say what Marbury says. But its use of power can be subject to checks and balances.

Are you this board's official messenger for the regime?

No. But you appear to be the wannabe libtard spokes-idiot.
The only power dimocrap scum (and I DO means S.C.U.M.) have is in the Judiciary Branch right now. And that's only in the District Courts and down. Intellectually, SCOTUS consists of 6 Adults, 2 children and one Post-Pubescent female.

And the Judiciary doesn't have the power the Judiciary thinks it has. They simply award themselves power out of thin air and Congress and the Executive let them get away with it.

Which needs to stop.

My observation tells me that SCOTUS senses this and they are slowly trying to reel-in the idiots beneath them. Because, if they don't, we might end up with either no judiciary or a completely ineffectual judiciary.

To paraphrase Stalin, "How Many Divisions Does SCOTUS Have?"

How many Police does the Judiciary command? How many Tanks do they have? How much Artillery?

SCOTUS and the rest of the Judiciary better stop and understand something -- They exist because We The People suffer them to exist. Do NOT piss us off

Only Congress has the power to create, amend, or nullify Law. Period. All power in our Republic is ultimately derived from We the People through the Legislative Branch of Government. The Courts have no power under the Constitution to vacate or nullify Law. The Court gave itself that power via Marbury vs Madison. We the People never gave our consent to the Courts having such power.

Probably so. You’d think the regime would pick someone with at least an iota of intelligence. He’s embarrassing.
He's more clever than you think at first glance. Keep an eye on him with me for a while. Watch for subtle changes inibehaviour that could be exaggerated into unsubtle kicking and screaming.

Lol. The Constitution is nearly meaningless and has been for decades. The ruling class refuses to abide by it and violates it every day, hence they are criminals.

What part of "The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made" do you not understand?

Yes, the executive, the legislative, and the judicial are all equal. None really have more hierarchy than another. This is something democrats don't understand.

In other words, simpleton pussies like GIMP can’t refute a word I say and have no reply to Newt.

Shitlibs are a disgrace. Especially faggots like gimp.

But that’s a you problem. 😎

You guys want to run everything by mob rule, to hell with laws and the Constitution.

I don’t go quite that far. If Congress passes a law which is then approved by a President, and it results in a legitimate “case or controversy” (brought by a person with genuine legal standing), the question could come down the the basic one:

Does this law comply with the dictates of what the Constitution commands or permits? If not, then declaring it “unconstitutional” does seem to be a part of the obligation of the third BRANCH of government.

But the Court does seem to have aggravated to themselves much more power than that. And that needs some “checks” and some counter balances.

Negative. There are NOT Equal.

If they were 'equal' the Constitution would have given the Judicial Branch an enforcement mechanism. They have none. No Cops, no Army, no -- Nothing.

They have an equal FUNCTION but don't confuse FUNCTION with POWER.

Congress can remove Judges. they can also remove Presidents. THAT is what is known as POWER.

Presidents run the Military, and Law Enforcement (at the Federal Level of course).

That is Power.

Judges can run -- Their Mouths. They can issue edicts on Toilet Paper.

But they NO power. At all. None.

Functions? Oh hell yeah, they have a lot of functions.

But they are NOT an equal Branch of government.

Know who started that lie? The Judicial Branch; and we've let them get away with it for too long.

If we had wanted the Judicial Branch to have power, we would have made them answerable to The People. Which they are not.

The Judicial Branch is nothing more than a bunch of functionaries. Bureaucrats. Nomenklatura, if you will. Probably more like Apparatchiks. Whatever. They don't answer to The People, therefore they don't have real Power.

Yeah sure. Dumb too.

The elites and their controlled politicians haven’t followed the constitution in a long time, and your good with it.

Lying sack of shit is beyond stupid.

Gimp now pretends that he doesn’t READ my posts, but he sure RESPONDS to them.

And he’s too ******* retarded to realize that his lie is indisputable.

What a ******* shitbag gimp always is.
