It is really pretty easy....immediately seize the assets of the democrat party and every democrat in the country....then use that money to give reparations to the descendants of the slaves the democrats kept.....and then the black Americans they persecuted under jim crow......that way the people who actually support the racist party are paying the reparations...and the Party that freed the slaves and fought for the civil rights of black Americans isn't punished.
