Watch the usual denials from the warmest/alarmist cult, they will be funny since all the data is from the NSIDC. The charts in the link drive it home now watch a noted science illiterate comes in and screams as he normally does.

This is one of many revelations showing that climate change as explicated by the money, power hungry IPCC which is under government supervision is a SCAM.

The AGW conjecture failed years ago, but this scam continues on and on and on because ethically flat pseudoscientists will lie to get favorable grants to say anything to perpetuate the lies of a many times declared "tipping" point stupidity that a segment of the low IQ leftist camp swallows it uncritically because they are well programmed morons who wouldn't know that post one can't be countered factually.

You believe outright lies of Felon47.

Google ""Sea ice extent at both poles is higher now than it was in May 2006""

AI Overview

No, it is Not accurate to say that Sea ice extent at Both poles is Higher now than it was in May 2006.
While Antarctic sea ice has experienced some periods of increased extent, the overall trend in both the Arctic and Antarctic shows a Decrease in sea ice extent. The Arctic has experienced a significant decline in sea ice, particularly during the summer months, and while Antarctic sea ice has shown some variability, it has not consistently increased beyond its average levels.

Here's a more detailed explanation:

  • Arctic Sea Ice Decline:
The Arctic has seen a substantial reduction in sea ice extent, especially during the summer months when temperatures are warmest. This decline is related to the phenomenon of Arctic amplification, where the Arctic experiences more intense warming than the rest of the globe.
  • Antarctic Sea Ice Variability:
Antarctic sea ice has shown variability in its extent, with some years exhibiting high extents and others lower extents. While there have been periods of record high extent in the Antarctic, the overall trend is not one of consistently increasing sea ice.
  • Factors Influencing Antarctic Sea Ice:
Several factors influence Antarctic sea ice extent, including stronger circumpolar winds, which can blow the sea ice outward, and the El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO), which can affect ocean temperatures and atmospheric pressure patterns, ultimately impacting sea ice extent.
  • Comparison with 2006:
While some years in the Antarctic have seen sea ice extents higher than 2006, the overall trend in Both Poles, especially in the Arctic, is one of Declining sea ice extent. The current sea ice extent in both the Arctic and Antarctic is Not higher than it was in May 2006, but rather Lower on average.

Finally Apu has learned to use AI instead of writing incoherent posts. And people say there's no God.
My posts are quite Coherent as opposed to your One-LIne Autistc or JPG birps.

Unfortunately You CANNOT use AI as your Lies would be contadicted, unlike my Truths.

(I used AI many times in Sept and Oct 2024, including to Ding 7 Months ago. He was too stupid to look.)

And of course, NO TOPICAL CONTENT by Ding.

Is your reference just pretty pictures or are there real numbers we can objectively compare ... my subjective opinion is it looks like a wash ... gain = loss ... again, a single degree won't change climate at all, let alone anything we can see from space ...

In 100 years ... we'll have 100 years of data to average ... then we can discuss the climate ... the link is just weather ...

No they aren't. You could compose a paragraph in English to save your life.

Let's debate AGW in the Bull Ring. You and me. One on one. Then we can settle who can string together coherent sentences and who can't.

You believe outright lies of Felon47.

It appears that the article was too hard for you to understand, maybe it was the databased material that overwhelmed you into an exciting TDS moment in the pathetically desperate hope in creating a false trail away from the topic at hand.

Epic Fail!

Next!

Yawn..... Zzzz. they have been dishonest about it since the decline stopped after 2006, yes it is at a lower level than in the 1990;s and a big WHOOPIE DO SO WHAT!

The below is 100% based on the official sea ice data.

Little to no Summer ice in the Arctic

There have been many summers of far less to no ice in the artic in the earlier Interglacial as shown well here via published papers over the last few decades.

You said BOTH polls, now you are switching to Just the Arctic?
And Switching Months from May to April?
This is like Ding disingenuity if not as bad. He doesn't post sources, just fudged graphs from 1990 with Ice cores from his freezer.
And why would one use an advocacy link "Rclutz" instead of a credible source?

Issue the challenge and see if he shows up.

Also make sure no one else posts except judges at the end.

If others chime in, report them. I have not used that feature yet, but I want to and the moderators have allowed it to be corrupted.

I would enjoy watching (reading) that debate.

I think you will do a great job.

Your opponent......not so sure.

Judging by the responses, you succeeded in triggering the USMB useful idiot contingent.

He used the OFFICIAL sources, MASIE and SII to build the chart with.

You didn't read this:

"NOAA refers to the Month end Arctic ice extent by averaging the last five days extents. Thus monthly gains and losses of ice can be obtained by subtracting the previous month end ice amount. The chart above shows the April month end Arctic ice extents since 2007, comparing the two relevant datasets: Sea Ice Index (SII, based on satellite microwave sensors) and Multisensor Analyzed Sea Ice Extent (MASIE, based on multiple sources including several satellite sensors and visual analysis)."

I talked about the North POLE region.

Meanwhile I noticed your silence about summers of ZERO ice in the interglacial time according to a number is published papers and from a Polar scientist Dr. Meier who runs the SII database.
