I’ve got a far easier way for Elon Musk and company to go about finding the crap in this Governmrnt and get rid of it…

Have DOGE send out a demand (not request) to the head of every department in the Government and the head of every project under each of those department heads DEMAND a one page, single space, typed response to the question…

“Which of the 17 explicit, enumerated powers in Article I, Section 8 of the US Constitution does the mandate for your department/program ruminate from.”

Give them until the end of business on February 28th to respond. Any department or program that can’t or refuses to justify itself constitutionally goes away, overnight.

Whst do you think folks?

That’s why this needs to be done. I’m also in favor of requiring every new bill and amendment to a bill to include a notation on the top of Page 1 indicating which specific item it gets its power from.

That approach would just jam up the courts with a blizzard of lawsuits. And also would hide the mind boggling waste and fraud DOGE is uncovering everyday. What is your objection to pulling back the curtain on wanton Democrat corruption and thievery of our tax dollars?
