Our parents took us to the local pool and signed us up for swim lessons. We all started first day sitting on the edge of the shallow end kicking our feet in the water, 1 month later I could touch the bottom of the 6ft deep section.
What kind of a country and society would want to promote the weakest people? If someone isn't qualified to do a job they shouldn't be doing it, that weakens the entire country.
