9/11 happened because Bill Clinton won the election in 1992, and that happened because Ross Perot ran for President, and that happened because George H.W. Bush broke his pledge not to raise taxes, causing a recession that made him extremely unpopular. And that happened because the Democrats lied and promised they would agree to spending cuts if President Bush agreed to raise taxes, and then they broke their promises, and that happened because Democrats always lie and always break their promises to any Republican President who tries to cross the aisle and work with them. And the reason Bill Clinton's election caused 9/11 was that he ordered the FBI and the CIA to erect a wall between them so they could not share their intelligence regarding terrorism. And al Quada operated in that giant hole of ignorance that Clinton created in our intelligence agencies, and they managed to pull off the biggest terrorist operation in history without the American government getting a hint of it, or getting only hints that their rules forbade them to act on, like the terrorist's laptop that had the entire 9/11 plan stored on the hard drive that the FBI had in its possession, but was not searched because the FBI assumed they could not get a search warrant so they did not even try to ask a court for one.
