The student says that nowhere in the Quran, does it say one can kill innocents. The problem with that is that Islam does not consider non-believers, whether men, women or children, to be innocents. To a true believer in Islam, anyone not of their faith, is not an innocent and thus a fair target.

I suppose you are right. If one bows to the caliphate, and follows Shira law to the tee are the only innocents and the Koran doesn't say to kill those types.,
