Lira, also known as CRP has been living in Ukraine and reporting on the events taking place there. Lira has been outspokenly critical of the Ukrainian regime, and as such has had good reason to fear for his freedom, and safety.
Well… He has failed to post content at his usual sources per the time table he had given. While information is spotty as to what happened to this American citizen; it’s probably safe to assume he has been arrested, at best. And hopefully nothing worse.

Gonzalo Liras release is a testament to the both power of social media, and the unreliability of the MSM Presstitutes. As the traffic on this thread shows, many never even heard of this American, who was abducted by the “freedom loving” Ukrainians.

if it weren’t for the combined efforts of scores of YouTubers, and other social media influencers, along with their combined millions of viewers; Mr. Lira might likely have disappeared into obscurity.

But instead, freelancers spread this event till it went viral, and stayed on top of the story every single day, making so much noise that it was becoming very bad press for the Ukrainians. Especially when said Ukrainians are begging America for assistance.

From the onset of this conflict I've been pointing out that seeing Ukraine as a victim is ludicrous....the government itself is a heinous fascist/socialist morph that is well described by the term NAZI....

The Ukrainian people themselves...that's a different matter....they are caught between two beasts one of them being Ukraine....in fact they have grown to fear the AZOV the same way people feared Hitler's SS pre world war Two.

Any who would have, would have been proven wrong. It was a smart move on Liras part to set a timeline for his next communication too. And the warning of what it meant if he missed that timeline. That gave people the chance to react quickly, and decisively. It probably saved his life.

I’m still curious about the backstory. Ukraine went from not knowing anything about Liras whereabouts, to publicly producing him. Makes me think the US State Department finally got involved.
