People who live in countries where gun ownership is not allowed do not have the right to defend themselves. Oh sure they do in a limited sense, but it begins degrading once you give up your right to carry a fire arm. At that point the government can tell you whatever they think your rights are.

The Value of the second amendment is it gives us one more barrier for the government to try and tear down, and a t least for now we still have our rights as we damn well should. You are nobody to say who is trained and who is not trained.
