I kinda think that statement may be partly true. In my life experience there have been many instances and events that seem to be directly or could be connected to an act that could be conceived of Satan.
From what I have witnessed, our country , the United States of America, has turned to greed and perverted pride. And probably many more sinful ways that are not addressed by our culture in this new millennium. Pray for our country.
