America leads in Medical innovation

From robotic surgery to new drugs for everything from male pattern baldness to the dreaded scourge of ED,the USA leads the way with new medical solutions.

I contend the reason why we do is that in America you can become very wealthy if you can resolve these puzzles.

If we do get a risky medical scheme like "Medicare for All" , what is the plan to actually deliver these new nostrums to the ailing public? Who will decide which ideas get worked on , and which get shelved?

Are bureaucrats in a better position to make these calls than investors? Why do socialists think America has a lot more medical discoveries than Cuba or North Korea or other liberal states?

In this example, the innovation itself shape-shifted to become unrecognizable, as well as the place of origin. The innovation of cataract extraction originated in the Middle East (in particular, Saudi Arabia) and its main tool was the hypodermic needle.
