AMD sold their GPU to deepseek

If the USG is giving AMD money for AI here in the USA and they are selling their GPU's to a Chinese company for their AI, does not that seem wrong to you? kind of like the whole steal from Peter to pay Paul scenario let china develop their own GPU's for their own AI

1. AMD can only do what the government allows them to do regarding exports.
2. I probably would not allow ANY chips to China, but that just creates a black market for chips
